While the weather outside may be frosty, the real estate market in Tuscarawas county is warming up. With interest rates going lower and lower, this is DEFINITELY a buyers market!   While many folks are out cramming the shopping malls looking for gifts to buy, those in the know are shopping for homes to buy!  I have been selling real estate for 19 years and this is by far – the best time to get a steal on a home with the best rates ever!
